About the Role

n

As the Construction Support Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our project delivery team and ensuring our operations run efficiently. You'll work across our office, warehouse, and project sites, providing practical support wherever it's needed.

n

No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with people, and contributing to successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day operational and transport support across the business.
n
- Conduct pre-site inspections
n
- Prepare and assist with onsite quotations and project documentation.
n
- Respond promptly to site issues and help coordinate practical solutions.
n
- Support warehouse and office operations as required.
n
- Assist estimators and project staff with administrative and operational tasks.
n
- Maintain accurate records and documentation with a high level of attention to detail.
n
- Build positive working relationships with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
n
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who is organised, adaptable, and enjoys taking ownership of their work.

You'll ideally have:

- Construction industry experience (preferred).
n
- Solid analytical and mathematical skills.
n
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
n
- The ability to solve problems and think proactively.
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
n
- A flexible attitude and willingness to start early when required to support operational needs.

- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Essential Requirements

- Current Australian Driver Licence (company vehicle provided during work hours).
n
- White Card (Construction Induction Card).
n
- Construction industry experience.
n
- Willingness to undertake ongoing training and professional development.
