The Role

n

We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales & Warehouse Manager to run the day-to-day of our showroom - greeting walk-ins, managing sales enquiries, and keeping the warehouse ship-shape. You'll also get to travel to caravan and camping shows across Australia, representing the brand and meeting our customers face-to-face where the excitement really happens.

You don't need a background in the caravan trade - what you do need is a ripper attitude, genuine enthusiasm for helping people, and the drive to represent a brand that already has a fantastic name in the industry.

What You'll Be Doing

n

Managing the showroom floor and delivering outstanding customer service to walk-in and online enquiries

n

Converting enquiries into sales and building genuine relationships with customers

n

Overseeing warehouse and stock management to keep the showroom running smoothly

n

Representing Outback Tourer at caravan and camping shows across Australia

n

Working alternating Saturdays as part of a rotating roster

n

What We're Looking For

n

A super positive, can-do attitude - this matters more to us than industry experience

n

Excellent customer service skills and genuine enjoyment of working with people

n

Reliable, well-presented, and proud to represent a well-respected brand

n

Comfortable with warehouse duties as well as front-of-house sales

n

Ideally based on Brisbane's Northside for an easy commute to our warehouse

n

Availability to work alternating Saturdays
