Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Lab assistant to join Downer, a road surfacing crew in Bathurst NSW. Your role is to help assist road construction materials to make sure they meet quality standards.

What you'll do in the role:

- Collect or receive materials like asphalt, soil and gravel
n
- Label, prepare and store sample correctly
n
- Follow set procedures and standards for each test
n
- Help keep the lab organised and safe
n
- Work closely with senior technicians and supervisors
n

n

What is required from you:

n

n
- Lab experience is preferred but not essential
n
- Be able to work days and nights
n
- Able to pass pre-employment medical
n
- Driver's licence essential
n
- Whitecard is a must
n
- Have great teamwork and reliability
n
