Dynamics 365 FO Functional Consultant - End User Training Specialist – Sydney CBD / Hybrid or Onsite options • Full-time permanent role

Initially this role will have a core focus on end-user training and user adoption. Over time this role will transition to a D365 F&O; Product Owner Specialist position.

About the Role

n

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) Specialist to play an exciting end user training role in a major finance transformation project. This role will be instrumental during the go-live phase, ensuring successful user training, user adoption, and helping with process alignment.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Expert System Knowledge: Act as a subject matter expert on D365 F&O;, leveraging its full range of features and capabilities.
n
- End-User Training: Develop and deliver training sessions, work closely with accounting end users, empowering staff to use D365 F&O; effectively.
n
- Drive User Adoption: Promote confidence and uptake of the system by end users across finance functions.
n
- System & Process Challenge: Critically evaluate current workflows and suggest improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
n
- Testing & Validation: Assist with UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;), particularly in finance modules.
n
- Excellent ability to train and mentor end-users.
n
- Analytical mindset with the ability to challenge systems and processes constructively.
n
- Understanding of finance processes and their alignment with ERP systems.
n
- Experience supporting system implementations and go-lives and/or UAT testing phases preferred.
n

n

Exposure to training, change management and user adoption strategies.

n

Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 FO or finance systems ideal.

n
