Job Description

RSL LifeCare is seeking a Part time Quality & Compliance Lead in Tura Beach, NSW. You will lead quality audits, ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate staff training to uphold high care standards in our aged care homes.

You will have 2–3 years as a clinician, Full AHPRA accreditation, and a genuine interest in quality management and clinical education. Strong communication, independent work habits and attention to detail are essential.
