Winslow Infrastructure is a leading national civil construction company involved in building Melbourne's vast infrastructure network. A professional, engaged and driven Site Engineer is required to join our high performing team.

Overview

n

As a Site Engineer you will be responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of our projects. You will be involved with the full scope of project elements including civil, structures and utilities.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Being actively involved with all stages of a project delivery, including tender handovers, project launches, site establishments, risk management, construction staging, methodology and procurement
n
- Managing safety, time, cost and quality
n
- Managing and developing your engineering team
n
- Project planning and programming tasks
n
- Liaising and managing client relationships
n
- Monitoring performance of construction crew and subcontractors against estimates
n
- Reporting and mitigating performance issues
n
- Reporting production costs daily, weekly and monthly
n
- Procurement of plant, equipment and material
n
- Issuing PMPs, SWMs and MSDs
n
- Project compliance in accordance with the Integrated Management System
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering and/or Project Management
n
- At least 4 years experience in a similar role delivering civil infrastructure projects
n
- Demonstrated ability in proactively building relationships with key stakeholders and team members
n
- Demonstrated experience in effectively working with authorities such as local councils, utilities companies and Major Road Projects Victoria
