We are currently seeking an experienced Concrete Grinder / Polisher to join our growing team.

About the Role

n

This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in producing outstanding workmanship and enjoys being part of a professional, supportive team. You'll work on a diverse range of projects using industry-leading equipment and techniques.

n

Experience with epoxy flooring systems is highly regarded but is not essential.

n

For the right person, this role offers genuine opportunities for career progression, including advancement into a Crew Leader position as the company continues to grow.

- Proven experience in concrete grinding, polishing and sealing.

- A strong work ethic and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.

- Excellent reliability and punctuality.

- A calm, even-tempered approach, particularly when working under pressure.

- Fluent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate professionally with builders, site managers, contractors and fellow team members.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- A commitment to workplace safety and maintaining a clean, organised work environment.

Essential Requirements

n

n
- Demonstrated experience in concrete grinding, polishing and sealing.
n
- Current Silica Dust Awareness Certificate.
n
- Construction White Card.
n
- Current Australian driver's licence and reliable transport.
n
- Full Australian working rights (no visa sponsorship available).
n
- Currently residing in the Sydney metropolitan area.
n
