We are seeking an experienced Program Change Lead to lead the change function for a major Case Management System implementation and broader business transformation program.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead the change strategy and delivery for a large-scale Case Management System implementation.
n
- Develop an integrated change roadmap across multiple projects, releases and business areas.
n
- Lead and support a small team of change practitioners focused on adoption and business readiness.
n
- Identify and address resistance, stakeholder concerns and barriers to successful implementation.
n
- Partner with senior leaders and sponsors to build alignment and visible support for the transformation.
n

Key Skills and Experience

n

n
- Extensive experience working as a Change Lead/Manager
n
- Demonstrated experience with Case Management System implementations or similar enterprise platforms.
n
- Strong understanding of organisational readiness, change adoption and resistance management.
n
- Experience managing change practitioners within a program or project setting.
n
- Proven ability to influence executives, sponsors, operational leaders and diverse stakeholder groups.
n
