Love working with kids? Passionate about play, function, and making a real impact in a child's life? This might just be your dream OT role!
n
At The Thrive Spot, we're a fun, passionate, and neuroaffirming paediatric clinic based in Dapto. We're on the lookout for full-time or part‐time Occupational Therapists to join our growing multidisciplinary team. Whether you're an early career therapist or bring a few years experience—if you love helping children thrive, we'd love to hear from you!

Why Join The Thrive Spot?
n
Child-led caseloads, real flexibility: Create your own schedule, choose clients based on your interests, and shape your clinical day the way you work best.
n
Low billables, high support: We prioritise quality over quantity. That means realistic targets, plenty of time for documentation, and no late-night note writing.
n
Incredible admin & resource support: You'll be backed by our friendly admin team, an overflowing resource library (yep, including Bluey & Minecraft gear!), and access to assessments, sensory equipment and your own iPad.
n
Strong supervision & PD culture: Fortnightly team catch ups, external PD budget, paid training days, and a custom learning plan tailored to your clinical goals.
n
Beautiful, purpose-built clinic: Our clinic includes 5 therapy rooms, including two large sensory spaces,
plus onsite parking and a collaborative team office.
n
Family-friendly, work-from-home options: Need to start late, duck out for school pickup, or do your notes from the couch? We get it—we understand that we all have a life outside of work.
n
Team culture that actually cares: We're known for our team-oriented culture and genuine support. Expect coffee chats, shared laughs, and the occasional axe-throwing night!
n
Your Role:
n
You'll work with neurodivergent children and young people aged 0-18, across a mix of clinic, home, school, and community settings. You'll be part of a collaborative team including speech pathologists, occupational therapists and other allied health professionals, working closely with families to build function, confidence, and joy.
