Job Description

Transdev ANZ is seeking an IT Service Delivery Lead to drive day-to-day IT Service Desk operations, champion proactive support, and raise service maturity. You will lead Service Desk Analysts and collaborate with Infrastructure and Cyber teams to deliver reliable services.

Based in Sydney or Melbourne, you'll support ~4,000 users across 80+ locations, manage incident, problem, and change processes, monitor SLAs, and lead continuous improvement with self-service initiatives.
