We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the people side of transformation across a major asset management program, ensuring successful adoption of new systems, processes, and data governance practices.

n

You will be responsible for:

n

n
- Develop and execute a change management strategy aligned to the Asset Management Project
n
- Conduct impact assessments to understand how changes affect business processes, roles, and systems
n
- Lead stakeholder engagement and build strong relationships across Finance, IT, and leadership teams
n
- Design and deliver communication plans to support awareness, understanding, and adoption
n




- Partner with training teams to develop and implement end-user training strategies and materials
n

n

You will have:

n

n
- 8+ years' experience as Change Manager
n
- Robust understanding of change frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or similar)
n
- Experience working within Asset Management Projects would be advantageous
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- Ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organisation
n
- Experience delivering training and communications in complex environments
n
