Job Description

As part of our in-house Design Team, you'll work client-side across the full project lifecycle from concept to execution, while championing Mosaic's brand values and design vision. You'll join a passionate, multidisciplinary team that blends creativity with commercial insight to deliver thoughtful, high-quality spaces. Key Responsibilities:

- Review and refine interior design direction across all Mosaic projects to ensure alignment with brand vision, quality standards and cost plan
n
- Work closely with internal teams – Development, Construction, Sales & Marketing – to ensure cohesive design outcomes
n
- Manage material and finish selections with external consultants and present design concepts and documentation to internal stakeholders for review and approval
n
- Review and coordinate all milestone documentation and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and consistency with design brief
n
- Collaborate on render and plan reviews and manage furniture and décor selections and procurement to align with project positioning and purchaser expectations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

n

n
- Hold a strong passion for architecture, interior design, and placemaking.
n
- High attention to detail.
n
- Bachelor or Diploma of Interior Design
n
- Experience post-graduation work experience as an Interiors Project Lead (ideally in residential or multi-residential projects.)
n
- Project experience, with strength in documentation and delivery
n




- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
