Truck Driver and Water Cart Operator - Yass

Yass Earth Movers (YEM) is a locally owned and operated business that has been servicing Yass and districts since 1964. Weprovide high quality excavation and earth moving services. We operate a vast range of machinery which enables us to cater for all types of excavation and earth moving projects.

YEM is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Truck/ Water Cart Driver to join the team.

n

Tasks and Responsibilities

n

General operation of Heavy Rigid (HR), Heavy Combination (HC) and Water Cart vehicle including general driving in line with NSW/ACT road rules, loading, tipping and entering and exiting work sites.

n

Qualifications and experience

n

n
- a current HR or HC truck licence
n
- at least 6 months experience in the operation of a HR or HC vehicle
n




- a safe driving record and history
n
- a positive and high regard for safety policies and procedures
n
- extensive knowledge of truck driving rules and regulations
n
- a reliable and flexible attitude
n
- a professional work ethic
n
- excellent organisational and communication skills
n
- safety training in White Card, Asbestos Awareness & Silica
n
