Open Minds is seeking a Senior Intake & Assessment Officer for our Pimpama centre on the Northern Gold Coast. The role focuses on engaging clients, performing thorough intake assessments and facilitating referrals to appropriate services.

You will conduct risk assessments, develop action plans for safety, deliver brief counselling, and support case reviews within a recovery-oriented framework. The position includes salary packaging advantages and supervision.
