The Role – Scope of Work

n

- Insulation upgrades in existing homes
n
- In-roof installations and underfloor
n
- Safe movement and work on ceiling joists
n
- Removal of old insulation
n
- Installation of new insulation products
n
- Maintaining clean, safe and organised work sites
n

n

Most days involve one main job. Once that job is completed to standard, the team usually goes home. Sometimes as early as 11:30am. Most days are finished after 5-6h.
n Other days may combine 2-3 small jobs. We make sure there is balance and plenty valuable days!

n

Some days involve smaller jobs, followed by cleaning trucks and maintaining warehouse and storage areas to keep everything organised and ready for the next day.

Weekly pay

Approximately $1,250 – $1,500 take home, depending on experience and performance level
