We are seeking an organised, reliable and proactive individual to take ownership of stock management, clinic supplies and new clinic setups across our growing network of 40+ locations. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys organisation, logistics and problem-solving.

This role would be an excellent opportunity for a university student studying business, logistics, supply chain management, health sciences or a related field who is looking to gain practical experience within a growing national healthcare organisation.

Key Responsibilities
n
Stock Management & Distribution
n
Manage and monitor stock levels across all clinic locations.
n
Coordinate stock ordering, deliveries and transfers between clinics.
n
Receive, unpack, organise and distribute stock from Head Office.
n
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory systems.
n
Identify opportunities to improve stock management processes and efficiencies.
n
Liaise with clinic managers to ensure stock requirements are met promptly.
n
Ensure clinics maintain appropriate stock levels without excess inventory or waste.
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
n
Obtain quotes and source cost‐effective products and equipment.
n
Monitor supplier performance, pricing and delivery timeframes.
n
Research alternative suppliers and products where appropriate.
n
New Clinic Setup & Relocations
n
Coordinate the setup of recent clinic locations.
n
Source furniture, equipment and clinic supplies.
n
Organise deliveries, installations and transport requirements.
n
Assist with clinic relocations and fit‐outs where required.
n
Ensure new clinics are fully equipped and operational by planned launch dates.
n
Clinic & Facilities Support
n
Coordinate minor maintenance requests across clinic locations.
n
Arrange repairs, replacements and servicing where required.
n
Support clinics with operational equipment and supply requirements.
n
Assist with maintaining an organised and efficient Head Office stock area.
n
