About the role:

n

We're looking for a driven and people-first Retail Store Team Leader to take the lead at our exciting Browns Plains stores.

n

To be successful for this role, you will:

n

- Oversee the operations of the Fairfield Store, ensuring it meets and exceeds KPIs.
n
- Lead by example, performing device repairs and assisting customers to ensure top-tier service.
n
- Train, mentor, and inspire your team to achieve success.
n
- Collaborate with Area Manager and senior management to develop and implement sales and operational strategies.
n
- Monitor performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and take action to maximise outcomes.
n
- Be the go-to leader for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and driving excellence.
