We are searching for a high energy, enthusiastic, talented, multi-tasking sales and customer service focused Club Manager to lead our Emerton team and continue it's accelerated growth.

As the Club Manager you'll be required to:

n

n




- Meet and greet potential and existing members;
n
- Managing everyday club operations;
n
- Achieve KPIs and sales targets;
n
- Manage and motivate your team;
n
- Maintain the cleanliness of the club;
n
- Promote the BodyFit brand and image within the local community;
n

n

To succeed in the role you will need to be:

n

- Results driven, a problem solver and confident to work autonomously;
n
- Well presented, enthusiastic and self motivated;
n
- Passionate about health and fitness;
n
- Exceptional at communicating both written and verbal;
n
- Excellent with people and have exceptional customer service skills;
n
- Highly organised and have a high level of attention to detail;
n
- Excellent with computer related and administrative tasks;
n
- Professional in your approach to work and the ability to be self driven;
n
- Experienced in a management and/or sales role within the fitness industry (preferred but not essential).
