About the Role

n

We're looking for a proactive and hands‐on Maintenance Fitter to support operations at our Oxley site. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys working in a fast‐paced setting. You'll be responsible for maintaining equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems
n
- Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns
n
- Support improvement projects and equipment upgrades
n
- Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with CHEP standards
n
- Maintain workshop safety and uphold 5S standards
n
- Identify opportunities to improve maintenance practices and equipment reliability
n
- Participate in site meetings and collaborate with operations teams
n

About You

n

n
- Trade qualified in mechanical disciplines
n
- Restricted Electrical License (preferred but not essential)
n




- Experience in industrial or production maintenance
n
- Strong problem‐solving and diagnostic skills

- Adaptable and solutions‐focused approach
