Venue Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Venue Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy pub.

n

As Venue Manager, you will be responsible for driving exceptional guest experiences, managing venue performance, and creating a positive and engaging environment for both our team and customers. You will bring solid leadership skills, commercial awareness, and a passion for hospitality to ensure the continued success and growth of the venue.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate the venue team to deliver outstanding service and hospitality
n
- Oversee daily operations across food, beverage, and functions
n
- Maintain high standards of customer service, venue presentation, and compliance
n
- Manage rostering, labour costs, stock control, and operational budgets
n
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and local community engagement
n
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members
n
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing hospitality team
n




- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, health and safety, and company policies
n

About You:

- Previous experience in a Venue Manager, Assistant Venue Manager, or senior hospitality leadership role
n
- Strong understanding of pub operations and hospitality management
n
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team
n
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
n
- Commercially focused with experience managing budgets and KPIs
n
- Passionate about delivering memorable customer experiences
n
- Availability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
n
