About the Role

n

This is not your typical retail sales position.

n

Every customer who walks through our doors has a story. They may be recovering from surgery, planning for ageing, caring for a loved one or looking for solutions that will improve everyday living.

n

Your role is to understand their needs, provide expert advice and recommend products that genuinely improve their quality of life.

n

You'll work in a modern showroom/retail environment where customer service, empathy and professionalism come first.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Welcome and engage customers.
n
- Conduct personalised product demonstrations.
n
- Recommend the most suitable mobility and healthcare solutions.
n
- Build relationships with Occupational Therapists, carers and healthcare professionals.
n
- Follow up enquiries and quotations.
n
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
n
- Maintain exceptional customer service from enquiry through to delivery.
n
- Keep the showroom presented to the highest standard.
n
- Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture.
n

What We're Looking For

n





You'll thrive in this role if you have:

- Previous retail or consultative sales experience.
n
- Outstanding communication and people skills.
n
- A genuine desire to help others.
n
- Confidence building rapport with customers of all ages.
n
- Robust organisational skills.Motivation to achieve sales goals.
n
- Professional presentation.
n
- Computer literacy and attention to detail.
n

n

Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, mobility, furniture, bedding, rehabilitation, aged care or medical equipment is highly regarded—but not essential. We provide comprehensive training.
