Golden Beach Medical Centre is a large, up-to-date and purpose-built practice, striving to deliver excellence in health and clinical care on the Sunshine Coast.

We are seeking a bright and friendly medical receptionist to join our practice team.

n

Responsibilities of this role include:





n

- Answering telephone calls, assisting with enquiries and scheduling appointments
n
- Collecting and accurately recording patient details (including scanning documents to patient files)
n

n

To be ideal for this role, you will possess:

n

n
- A bright and friendly personality
n
- Previous experience in a Medical Receptionist role would be advantageous, as would experience using Best Practice (though not essential)
n
- An ability to work unsupervised (but with direction)
n
- Respect and privacy for patients and their medical files.
