We're partnering with a highly regarded national skilled services firm to recruit an enthusiastic Accounts Clerk to join their Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment while building a strong foundation across core finance functions.

The OpportunityAs an Accounts Clerk, you'll work alongside experienced finance professionals and receive ongoing training and mentorship to develop your technical accounting skills.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Processing supplier invoices and employee expense claims
n
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
n
- Preparing and reconciling bank and general ledger accounts
n
- Supporting month-end reporting and finance administration
n




- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
n
- Responding to internal and external finance queries
n
- Assisting with process improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects
n

n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys problem-solving and has a strong eye for detail.

n

Ideally, you'll have:

n

n
- A recent degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business or a related discipline
n
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
n
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
n

n

Previous administration, customer service or internship experience is advantageous but not essential.
