Job Description

n

We're currently seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Hemmant branch. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, leading a successful team, and ensuring the branch operates safely and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

- Leading, coaching and developing the branch team
n
- Driving sales, profitability and branch performance
n
- Building solid customer relationships and growing existing accounts
n




- Managing inventory, warehouse operations and stock control
n
- Ensuring compliance with WHS and company policies
n
- Monitoring budgets, margins and key performance indicators
n
- Managing branch administration, invoicing and reporting
n

Qualifications

n

About you

n

n
- Previous leadership experience in a Store Manager, Branch Manager or similar role
n
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L;
n
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams
n
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
n
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving abilities
n
- Experience within automotive, heavy vehicle, industrial, trade or wholesale industries is highly regarded
n
