We need experienced MC drivers for Friday, Saturday or Sunday line haul runs, Bundaberg to Rocklea Markets (Brisbane). Casual, flexible shifts based on freight demand and your availability.

Depart Bundaberg approx. 3–4pm. Unloading at Rocklea is quick and easy — no queue like some other operations. General turnaround of about 10 hours. Based in Bundaberg, QLD — must live within a 30-minute commute of site. Even one night here and there works for us.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Operate prime mover and HC combinations for line haul runs between Bundaberg and Brisbane
n
- Transport fresh produce, ensuring product integrity throughout the journey
n
- Conduct pre-start vehicle inspections and complete daily vehicle check sheets
n
- Load and unload produce as required, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo
n
- Maintain accurate logbook entries & comply with work diary requirements under NHVR regulations
n
- Adhere to scheduled pickup and delivery times to maintain supply chain efficiency
n
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers
n
- Report any vehicle defects, incidents, or delays immediately
n
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and company policies
n
- Current Multi-Combination (MC) truck licence
n
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
n
- Experience in line haul or interstate driving (produce experience highly regarded)
n
- Strong time management and organisational skills
n
- Reliable and punctual with a robust work ethic
n
n
Desirable (but not essential)
n
n
- Experience with road ranger gearbox
n
- Knowledge of temperature-controlled transport
n
- Familiarity with Brisbane and Bundaberg delivery areas
n
- Previous experience in agricultural or perishable goods transport
n
