Working within a supportive multidisciplinary environment, you will play a key role in supporting individuals experiencing mental health and addiction challenges while contributing to positive clinical outcomes and patient wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive mental health and risk assessments
- Deliver recovery-focused nursing care and therapeutic interventions
- Administer and manage medications safely and effectively
- Monitor, evaluate and document patient progress
- Facilitate psychoeducation and therapeutic group programs
- Coordinate discharge planning and continuity of care
- Support patients, families and carers throughout treatment
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and external providers
- Maintain accurate clinical records and compliance requirements
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives

About You

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Postgraduate Mental Health qualification highly regarded




- Experience in mental health, addiction, inpatient, community or acute settings
- Strong assessment and risk management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to recovery-oriented and trauma-informed care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
