About the Role

n

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital leadership role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care while mentoring and supporting our clinical team.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care
n
- Medication administration and clinical assessments
n
- Developing and reviewing resident care plans
n
- Leading and supporting Enrolled Nurses and Care Assistants
n
- Working collaboratively with GPs, allied health professionals and families
n
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
n
- Promoting resident wellbeing, dignity and quality of life
n
- Contributing to continuous quality improvement and accreditation standards
n

n





We're Looking for Someone Who Has

n

n
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
n
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
n
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
n
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
n
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
n
- A genuine passion for caring for older Australians
n
