About the Role

n

As a Traffic Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining the protected and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians through work zones while supporting civil construction crews on-site.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Control and direct traffic in accordance with approved Traffic Management Plans.
n
- Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices and signage.
n
- Ensure work zones remain safe for workers, motorists, and the public.
n
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and project teams.
n




- Carry out daily safety checks and comply with all site procedures.
n
- Assist site crews as required while maintaining traffic control responsibilities.
n

Skills & Experience

n

Essential

n

n
- Current Traffic Controller Accreditation/Ticket.
n
- Current Roller Ticket.
n
- Construction White Card.
n
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport.
n
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
n
- Ability to work both locally and away from home as required.
n
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in varying weather conditions.
n

Desirable

n

n
- Traffic Management Implementation (TMI) accreditation.
n
- Previous civil construction experience.
n
- HR Licence.
n
- First Aid Certificate.
n
