About The Company

Our client is a leading supplier and installer of glass and aluminium windows and doors across Perth. With job demand growing, they are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join their Sales team.

n

About The Prospect

n

The primary purpose of this position is to meet with homeowners, understand their needs, and provide tailored window and door replacement quotes.

n

Some of your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Conducting in-home consultations and accurately measuring windows and doors for manufacturing
n
- Attending pre-booked appointments with residential customers across the Perth metropolitan area
n
- Recommending suitable products and solutions based on customer needs and preferences
n
- Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to the company's ongoing success
n
- Maintaining accurate records within the company CRM and email system
n




- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
n
- Preparing and presenting quotations in a timely manner
n

n

About You

n

The successful candidate will have:

n

n
- Previous sales experience, ideally within building, construction, home improvement, or a related industry
n
- Strong, confident communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
n
- A professional, customer-focused approach and confidence in closing sales
n
- The ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team
n
- Basic computer skills and experience using CRM systems (preferred)
n
- Self-motivation with excellent time management skills
n
- A current C Class Driver's Licence
n
