Precise Radiology is an independently owned and growing diagnostic imaging practice located within Carnegie Central Shopping Centre.

Being located adjacent to a busy Urgent Care Centre means every day is different. We aim to accommodate walk‐in patients wherever possible, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic clinical environment.

About the Role

n

This position is primarily CT-focused, with the majority of your time spent performing CT examinations. To support the wider team and provide variety in your work, you will also perform General X-Ray, DEXA and OPG imaging when required.

n

Working alongside our radiologists, sonographers, radiographers and reception team,



you'll play an integral role in delivering high‐quality imaging services and exceptional patient care.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Performing a broad range of CT examinations
n
- Contrast‐enhanced CT studies and CT angiography
n
- CT‐guided interventional procedures
n
- Calcium scoring
n
- IV cannulation and contrast administration
n
- Preparing and monitoring patients before, during and after contrast administration
n
- Performing General X‐Ray, DEXA and OPG imaging when required
n
- Delivering exceptional patient care and communication
n
- Working collaboratively with radiologists, sonographers, radiographers and reception staff
n
- Assisting with workflow and daily clinic operations
n
- Supporting and mentoring junior radiographers where appropriate
n
- Participating in a rotating weekend roster
n

n

Experience with the Philips Incisive CT scanner is highly regarded but not essential. Training will be provided for the successful applicant if required.

About You

n

We're looking for someone who:

n

n
- Has experience performing a wide range of CT examinations
n
- Is competent in IV cannulation
n
- Has experience with contrast CT examinations and CT angiography
n
- Has experience assisting with CT‐guided interventional procedures
n
- Is familiar with calcium scoring
n
- Enjoys working in a busy, fast‐paced environment
n
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Is a genuine team player who enjoys working alongside receptionists, sonographers, radiologists and fellow radiographers
n
- Has a positive attitude, strong work ethic and high energy
n




- Is willing to mentor and support junior radiographers
n
- Is flexible and happy to assist across multiple imaging modalities when required
n
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner
n
- Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
n
- Demonstrated CT experience
n
- Competency in IV cannulation
n
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
n
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
n
- Full Australian working rights
