Financial Adviser (Experienced or Professional Year Candidate)

We're looking for a motivated Financial Adviser to join our growing regional NSW practice. This opportunity is suitable for either:

n

An experienced Financial Adviser looking to join an established and supportive practice, or

n

A recent graduate or Provisional Financial Adviser seeking to complete their Professional Year under the guidance of experienced mentors.

n

You'll work alongside a collaborative team of financial advisers, accountants, and experienced support staff to deliver high-quality, holistic financial advice to a diverse client base.

n

Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities may include:

n

Providing comprehensive financial advice across superannuation, retirement planning, investments, personal insurance, and wealth creation.

n

Assisting senior advisers in preparing and delivering financial strategies and advice.

n

Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

n

Working collaboratively with our paraplanning and administration teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

n

Maintaining compliance with industry regulations and professional standards.

n

Contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the practice.

n

For Experienced Advisers

n

Ideally you will have:

n

Relevant tertiary qualifications and compliance with current education requirements.

n

Current registration as an Authorised Representative (preferred).

n

Demonstrated experience providing personal financial advice.

n

Strong technical knowledge across financial planning strategies.





n

Experience with Xplan (or similar financial planning software).

n

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

n

A proactive, ethical, and client-focused approach.

n

For Professional Year Candidates

n

You'll ideally have:

n

A relevant university qualification meeting current education requirements.

n

A genuine desire to build a career as a Financial Adviser.

n

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

n

High attention to detail and willingness to learn.

n

A collaborative attitude and solid work ethic.

n

Experience with Xplan is advantageous but not essential.
