We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of testing Microsoft business applications-including D365 CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse, backed by a solid foundation in QA principles and test automation methodologies.

Key Accountabilities

- Own and manage end-to-end testing of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Portals) solutions, ensuring functional and non-functional requirements are met.

- Perform API testing using Postman to validate integrations between Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and external systems, including REST and OData APIs.

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, EasyRepro, Cypress or other supported frameworks to accelerate regression and integration testing.

- Collaborate closely with developers, solution architects,



and business analysts to understand requirements, clarify acceptance criteria, and identify test scenarios early in the SDLC.

- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes and delivery efficiency.
n
- Prepare and maintain test plans, test data, and test evidence documentation in accordance with compliance and audit standards.
n
- Coordinate closely with the Test Manager to support all testing activities, ensure alignment with the overall test strategy, and elevate risks or blockers as needed.

- Champion quality and user experience by advocating for early and continuous testing throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Selection Criteria

n

n
- 5+ years' experience in Testing roles.
n
- Hands-on experience testing Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
n
- Experience in designing and executing both manual and automated test cases, with strong knowledge of test automation frameworks such as Selenium, EasyRepro, or similar.
n
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
n
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
