Job Description
n
- Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH)
n
- Client Portfolio: Property, retail, travel, and consumer brands
n
n
You know Performance Max and Advantage+ better than most people know their own job. You're ready to stop just executing campaigns and start owning strategy, but your current agency hasn't handed you that trust yet.
n
This performance-focused agency runs a flatter structure than most, senior media craft matched with genuine data and measurement capability. The team is close enough that a good idea from a Performance Coordinator can land in a client deck within the week, not buried under layers of sign-off. Staff retention here sits well above the industry benchmark.
n
What You Will Be Doing
n
Client Strategy and Reporting
n
n
- Lead campaign planning and budget allocation aligned to each client's commercial goals
n
- Present at kick-offs, WIPs, and quarterly business reviews with explicit reporting on growth opportunities
n
- Act as the primary point of contact for your portfolio, building trust with clients and internal teams
n
n
Paid Search Management
n
n
- Manage Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube on Search campaigns across a portfolio of client accounts
n
- Set and pace budgets against agreed KPIs including ROAS, tCPA, and CPL
n
- Run structured tests across bidding strategy, audience, and ad copy to lift performance
n
n
Paid Social Management
n
n
- Own Meta Advantage+ campaigns, product catalogues, and Events Manager setup across the portfolio
n
- Build and manage conversion tracking through GA4 and the Meta Conversions API
n
- Test creative and audience combinations to improve return on ad spend
n
n
Team and Platform Currency
n
n
- Mentor and review the work of one Performance Coordinator, supporting their development
n
- Collaborate with SEO, creative, and client solutions teams to keep strategy aligned end to end
n
- Stay ahead of platform updates across Google and Meta and apply best practices to account structure
n
n
What You Bring
n
Experience Required
n
n
- 3 to 5 years in a paid search or paid social specialist role, with agency experience essential
n
- A track record of owning client accounts end to end, not just executing a slice of one
n
- Experience with campaign planning, budget strategy, and hitting commercial KPIs
n
- Confidence presenting directly to clients and comfortable talking numbers
n
n
Technical Skills Required
n
n
- Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube on Search
n
- Meta Advantage+, Product Catalogues, and Events Manager
n
- Conversion tracking through GA4 or the Meta Conversions API
n
- Attribution modelling and incrementality testing
n
- Search Ads 360 or equivalent bid management platforms
n
n
What You Get in Return
n
Compensation and Rewards
n
n
- Salary package based on experience, reviewed annually against market
n
- Above-market leave entitlements
n
- Structured annual team events and celebrations
n
- Dedicated annual learning budget to build your platform and strategy skills
n
n
Growth and Culture
n
n
- Early exposure to mentoring, guiding a Performance Coordinator's development
n
- Career pathway supported by senior leadership genuinely close to the work
n
- A flatter structure where your ideas reach decision makers directly
n
- Regular team socials with a close-knit performance crew
n
n
