Our client is a well‐established, multi‐disciplinary advisory firm with over 70 years of success supporting businesses across Queensland. With offices across the state and a team of experienced professionals, the firm delivers a full‐service offering including accounting, tax, financial planning, SMSF, audit and business advisory.

The Role:

n

n
- Manage a portfolio of clients across tax, compliance and business advisory
n
- Prepare and review financial statements and income tax returns for various entities
n
- Oversee BAS/IAS and ongoing compliance requirements
n
- Provide tax planning and business advisory support
n
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
n
- Review work completed by junior team members
n
- Mentor and support junior staff development
n




- Manage workflow and ensure deadlines are met
n
- Liaise with the ATO and external stakeholders
n
- Identify opportunities to add value and improve client outcomes
n

n

About You:

n

n
- 4-7+ years' experience in public practice accounting
n
- CA or CPA qualified
n
- Strong technical knowledge across Australian tax and compliance
n
- Experience managing client relationships
n
- Confident reviewing work and mentoring junior staff
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Experience with Xero, MYOB and cloud‐based systems
n
- Proactive, organised and solutions‐focused
n
