Un iting Armidale is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver person-centred care to residents at our aged care home. You will use clinical expertise to tailor care to each resident’s needs and lead the care team to achieve optimal outcomes.
As a clinical leader, you will develop, deliver, and evaluate care plans, liaise with doctors and allied health professionals, and support Personal Care Workers to ensure high-quality, compassionate care in a warm community setting.
