Job Description

Grand Central Hotel in Brisbane CBD is seeking a passionate Head Chef to lead our busy pub kitchen, delivering high quality pub dining seven days a week. You will drive daily specials, seasonal promotions and function menus, and work closely with the Venue Manager and Head Office to shape the venue's food program.

You will mentor and develop a motivated kitchen team, maintain food safety and cost controls, and cultivate a positive, cooperative kitchen culture.
