HOPE Support Services is seeking Youth Workers to support young people in residential placements and in the community across Gold Coast, Brisbane, Logan, and Moreton Bay regions, including Caboolture. You will work diverse shifts (weekday, afternoon, weekend, sleepovers), in homes and in the community, liaising with parents, carers and agencies to deliver outcomes and report progress.

Must hold Certificate IV or higher in Youth Work or Community Services, Blue Card, First Aid, and have 12 months
