Australian Traffic & Labour (ATL) is a trusted traffic management and labour-hire provider supporting major civil and infrastructure projects across Victoria. Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Truck Mounted Attenuator (TMA) Drivers to join our team.

About the Role

n

As a TMA Driver, you will operate shadow vehicles in live traffic environments, playing a critical role in protecting traffic controllers and site crews. This role suits safety-focused drivers who understand correct TMA placement, spacing, and positioning.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Operate TMA vehicles in accordance with approved TMPs and AGTTM requirements
n
- Provide protection for workers in live traffic environments
n
- Maintain correct spacing, alignment, and escape paths
n
- Reposition TMA vehicles as works progress
n
- Communicate effectively with Traffic Supervisors and site teams
n




- Complete daily pre-starts and report defects or incidents
n
- HR licence
n
- Demonstrated TMA driving experience
n
- Robust safety awareness and understanding of traffic management standards
n
- Ability to work day, night, weekend, and public holiday shifts
n
- Major infrastructure or freeway project experience
n
- White Card
n
- First Aid
n
- Familiarity with VicRoads / DTP requirements
n
