What you'll own

n

1. Customer Growth & Relationship Building

n

n
- Build strong relationships with recent and existing customers
n
- Support customer onboarding and help customers get the most value from our products and services
n
- Identify opportunities to support customer growth and improve their experience
n
- Assist with customer conversations, product demonstrations, and account reviews
n
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve customer engagement and growth opportunities
n

2. Customer Success & Account Management

n

n
- Manage a portfolio of customers and become a trusted point of contact
n
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions that help them succeed
n
- Monitor customer engagement and identify opportunities to increase adoption and retention
n
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams
n




- Support account growth through strong relationships and proactive communication
n

What you bring

- Relevant experience in sales and/or business development (SaaS sales a bonus!)
n
- A genuine interest in building relationships and helping customers succeed
n
- Strong communication skills—you're confident speaking with customers and building trust
n
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership and learn
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt as the business grows
n
- A curious and analytical approach—you enjoy understanding problems and finding solutions
