Job Description

Jay Jays Watergardens is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager, drive sales, hit KPIs, and ensure an epic customer experience. If you love streetwear and coaching others, this is your moment to shine.

This is a 25+ hour part time role requiring weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays. You'll lead by example, assist with stock and merchandising, and foster an inclusive, energetic team environment.
