The opportunity

n

As a Facility Renewal Planner, you'll play a key role incoordinating and delivering Council's minor capital renewalworks program. Working closely with project managers, serviceareas and contractors, you'll help plan, schedule and monitorfacility renewal projects, maintain long-term capital worksprograms, support contractor engagement, and contribute tosafe, effective service delivery across Council facilities.

Whatyou'll do

n

- Coordinate the annual facility renewal budgetnomination process and stakeholderengagement.
n
- Maintain and update Council's five-year facilitiescapital works program.
n
- Deliverassigned minor capital renewal projects and supportprogram implementation.
n
- Coordinate contractors, supplier compliance andoperational service delivery.
n
- Preparereports, monitor site safety, and respond to customerescalations.
n

What you need to succeed

n
- Experience developing and implementing capital worksprograms.
n
- Qualification in facilities, construction, projectmanagement or related field, or equivalent industryexperience.
n
- Experience coordinating contractors andsubcontractors.
n
- Strongplanning, scheduling and works program coordinationskills.
n




- Experience using asset management systems for planning,forecasting and budgeting.
n

Progressed candidates will be required to complete a NationalPolice Record Check, a Working With Children Check (WWCC).Candidates must also hold a valid Victorian Driver'sLicense.

Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident orhold a valid work permit or visa with full unrestricted workingrights. Work eligibility will be checked as part of the recruitmentprocess.
