About the Role

n

Due to ongoing growth in commercial construction plumbing projects, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Adelaide-based team.

n

This role is suitable for:

n

A Project Manager with experience managing commercial plumbing construction projects, or

n

A Plumbing Site Manager / Supervisor / Leading Hand ready to step into a leadership role.

n

The position will be tailored to your experience, skills, and career goals.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Depending on your experience, duties may include:

n

Managing commercial plumbing construction projects from award to completion

n

Overseeing site management, supervision, and daily construction activities

n

Coordinating plumbers, apprentices, subcontractors, and suppliers

n

Programming works and ensuring projects are delivered on time

n

Managing budgets, variations, and project costs

n

Liaising with builders,



clients, and consultants

n

Ensuring compliance with WHS, quality, and plumbing standards

n

Identifying and resolving site and project issues

n

Skills, Licences & Experience

n

Current SA Plumbing and Gas Licence (essential)

n

Current SA Driver's Licence

n

Experience as a Project Manager, Site Manager, Supervisor, or Senior Plumber

n

Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills

n

Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment

n
