Selby's is a leading Australian manufacturer of signage, flags, banners and large format digital print products. We are seeking an experienced Customer Service & Sales Support Officer to join our Dandenong South team.

This is a varied role that combines customer service & sales administration. We are looking for someone who understands the signage and printing industry and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

About the Role

n

As our Customer Service & Sales Support Officer, you'll deliver exceptional customer service while supporting our Sales and Production teams. You'll prepare and follow up quotations, process customer orders, liaise with customers and pre-production staff, and ensure accurate job information is maintained. This is a busy, hands-on role that requires excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
n
- Prepare and follow up customer quotations
n
- Process sales orders and maintain accurate job information
n
- Liaise with customers and pre-production staff
n
- Provide sales and administrative support to the Sales Team
n
- Assist with customer follow-up
n

About You

n





To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Previous experience in the printing industry
n
- Strong customer service and communication skills
n
- Experience preparing quotes and processing orders
n
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- The ability to manage multiple customer enquiries, quotations and orders while working to deadlines
n
- A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
n
- Sound computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications
n
- Knowledge of signage materials and large format print production processes
n
- Experience using estimating, CRM, or job management software
n
