Your Impact Will Include
n
n
- Partnering with Buyers and key stakeholders to drive category performance and long-term strategy
n
- Building and managing financial budgets aligned to business objectives
n
- Developing seasonal, post-seasonal and half-year strategic plans
n
- Owning markdown strategy to maximise GMROI and minimise clearance risk
n
- Actively managing margin mix, stock turn, assortment balance and inventory productivity
n
- Leading weekly category performance reviews with Buying
n
- Driving assortment planning and range optimisation
n
- Setting replenishment parameters to ensure healthy core stock levels
n
- Presenting monthly performance insights to senior leadership
n
- Managing allocation principles to optimise stock-to-sales, weeks cover, GMROI and return on space
n
- Establishing and managing item plans across imported and local ongoing lines, optimising flow from DC to store
n
n

- Strong experience in merchandise planning within a retail environment

- A deep understanding of inventory management and commercial levers
