Since 1978 Beehive Vinyl Products has grown into a solid reputable local fabricator of vinyl, canvas and shade cloth products including tool bags for consumer and commercial applications as well as providing motor & marine trimming products and services.

Due to one of our great sales admin staff becoming a full time mum soon .....Beehive Vinyl invites suitable applicants to apply for full time position of Administration Sales Assistant / Reception for up to 40 hours per week. Mon To Friday 8am to 5pm. No weekend work.

Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents to be eligible for this position.

This is a fantastic prospect for a keen bean with a positive attitude, great customer service skills and awesome admin skills to join a vibrant team in a growing diverse company.

Duties include assisting with sales & general customer service, answering phones, data input using Rekon accounting system (Quickbooks), customer job cards, invoicing, handling of payments, invoicing, reception duties & assisting busy office & workshop with general administration duties.

Applicants must be computer literate with Experience in MS Office and accounting program - preferably Quickbooks/Rekon or similar eg: Xero, MYOB, Attache, other.

We require applicant with experience in providing excellent customer service, including a friendly welcoming professional manner. Must be of neat professional appearance & have a positive can-do attitude, as well as be keen to participate in staff training. Must also provide professional internal service & communicate well within a team environment. Attention to detail is a must and successful applicant is to be well organized, conscientious, and able to follow direction & procedures.

Successful applicant will be placed with our departing staff member for training for approx 2 months until she transitions to parental duties. Other staff members will support ongoing training after then.
