Packline Solutions is seeking a proactive and organised Finance Manager to join our team in Castlemaine. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing the day-to-day finance function while contributing to process improvements and supporting the wider business.

The Role

n

Reporting to the Directors, your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Daily bookkeeping and bank reconciliations using Netsuite
n
- Processing supplier invoices and preparing weekly payment runs
n
- Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
n
- Processing payroll, PAYG and superannuation
n
- Preparing BAS information for lodgement
n
- Assisting with month-end reporting and reconciliations
n
- Preparing sales and financial reports
n
- Setting up supplier payments, including FX transactions
n
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
n
- Assisting with HR administration, onboarding documentation and employee records
n
- Maintaining OH&S; documentation and business compliance records
n
- Providing general administration support across the business as required
n
- Assisting with improving systems, workflows and business processes
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

n

n




- Previous experience as a Finance Manager or similar
n
- Solid experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll
n
- Excellent reconciliation skills and attention to detail
n
- Experience preparing BAS information
n
- Experience using accounting software (JCurve experience highly regarded)
n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
n
- A proactive attitude and willingness to assist across different areas of the business
n
- Confidence learning new technologies and identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes
n
