Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Consultant to join a high-performing technology team delivering enterprise-scale Microsoft solutions.

n

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in designing, developing and implementing modern Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that drive business transformation.

n

You'll combine solution architecture with hands-on technical delivery, working across a variety of complex projects in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Design and deliver end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
n
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and solution architectures.
n
- Configure and customise Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications.
n
- Develop custom plugins, workflows and integrations using C# .NET and Web APIs.
n
- Build Model-Driven and Canvas Power Apps.
n
- Develop automated business processes using Power Automate.
n
- Design and enhance Power Pages solutions for external users.
n
- Deliver reporting and dashboards using Power BI and related Microsoft reporting tools.
n
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications, databases and third-party systems.
n
- Lead technical design workshops and provide architectural guidance.
n
- Mentor junior consultants and developers through code reviews and technical coaching.
n
- Support CI/CD pipelines, release management and application lifecycle management using Azure DevOps.
n

About You

n





You'll be an experienced Microsoft Dynamics professional who enjoys both technical development and working directly with stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.

n

Essential Skills & Experience

n

n
- 5+ years' experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
n
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and/or Customer Insights (Marketing).
n
- Extensive experience across the Microsoft Power Platform, including:n n
- Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas)
n
- Power Automate
n
- Power BI
n
- Power Pages
n

n
- Robust C# .NET development experience, including Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities and Web APIs.
n
- Experience developing with JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
n
- Excellent knowledge of Dataverse and Dynamics 365 security architecture.
n
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST APIs, SQL Server and related technologies.
n
- Experience working with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
n
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
n

Highly Desirable

n

- Experience with SSIS, SSRS and KingswaySoft.
n
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale Microsoft solutions.
n
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications.
n
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
n
