Our client is a local Adelaide developer with a strong pipeline of projects across the next five years and beyond, spanning high rise construction, medium density residential developments and mixed use projects in key inner metro locations.

The Role

n

You'll be working closely with the site team, trades and project leadership to keep safety practical, visible and moving day to day.

n

n




- Maintain day to day WHS standards across a live high rise construction site
n
- Conduct site walks, inspections, audits and safety observations
n
- Work with supervisors, trades and subcontractors to address risks early
n
- Support toolbox talks, inductions and site safety communication
n
- Assist with incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions
n
- Keep safety documentation accurate, current and useful to the site team
n

The Criteria

n

n
- WHS experience within commercial construction, ideally on multi level or high rise projects
n
- Solid understanding of construction site safety, trades, sequencing and subcontractor management
n
- Confident communicating with site teams, supervisors and subcontractors
n
