Workforce Extensions is currently seeking experienced Production Blending Operators to join a leading manufacturing business based in Eastern Creek. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing full-time hours with plenty of paid overtime and long-term career opportunities.

Please note: Applicants interested in the night shift must be available to commence on day shift for training before transitioning to nights.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Blending and mixing raw materials in accordance with production specifications
n
- Measuring and weighing ingredients accurately
n
- Operating blending and mixing equipment safely
n




- Monitoring production processes and maintaining quality standards
n
- Completing production documentation
n
- General housekeeping and maintaining a clean work area
n
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
n

n

To Be Successful You Will Have

n

n
- Previous experience in a blending, batching, mixing or manufacturing environment
n
- Ability to accurately follow recipes, formulations and work instructions
n
- Strong attention to detail
n
- Ability to lift up to 25kg when required
n
- Reliable transport and punctual attendance
n
- Availability to work five days per week
n
- A strong work ethic and commitment to safety
n
