About The Role
n
We are currently seeking Behaviour Support Practitioners across multiple locations nationally to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver evidence-informed, person-centred Behaviour Support services across home, school, clinic and community environments.

You'll be supported to work across a varied caseload, with the autonomy to structure your day while being backed by a collaborative and experienced team.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
- Deliver evidence-informed Behaviour Support services across a diverse caseload
n
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop Behaviour Support Plans
n
- Support participants, families and stakeholders to implement meaningful strategies
n
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and Physiotherapists
n
- Manage your own schedule with flexibility across community, clinic and telehealth settings
n
- Participate in supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional development opportunities
n

What You'll Bring

- NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner suitability/registration (or eligibility via the IBIS pathway)
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- A person-centred, evidence-informed approach
n
- Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community work
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
